We use Sutton Hoo's slow grown, free range for all of our chicken, whole and pieces.
Whole, wings, crown, breast, supremes, oyster cut legs and thighs and a VERY limited supply of hearts and livers. As we butcher all of our chicken from whole birds in the shop, we also have carcasses for sale which make excellent broths.
We have a limited supply of free range Pekin duck from Dorset which we dry age. You have them whole, breast or legs, just let us know.
