We always have sirloin, rib eye, rump, fillet available on or off the bone - for example cote de boeuf, tomahawk, wing rib or porter house.
We can do anything else too, just call, email or WhatsApp us.
We also have a range of cuts such as denver, onglet or delmonico but availability varies from week to week, so call us to secure your order.
Our dry aged beef mince, is made using the trim produced when we bone out our steaks, so it has the same depth of flavour. It is about 15% fat which as far as we're concerned is exactly the right ratio.
Braising meats such as chuck, shin and cheek are available on the same basis.
